GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation Specialist

What you'll do

• Build, maintain, and QA GHL workflows and automations — triggers, conditions, tag logic, wait steps, branching — and test every one before it goes live.
• Own the buyer, seller, and investor pipelines end-to-end; nothing falls out because of a broken stage transition.
• Own the funnels and landing pages, calendars and appointment automations, forms and surveys.
• Build and manage email + SMS campaigns, templates, and the merge-field / custom-value library so messaging stays consistent and on-brand.
• Set up and maintain integrations — inbound/outbound webhooks, the GHL API, Zapier / Make, and lead sources (Zillow, Realtor.com, IDX).
• Own deliverability and compliance: A2P 10DLC registration, domain + email authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), opt-out handling, sender reputation.
• Keep the account clean and organized — disciplined tag taxonomy, smart lists, reusable snippets, documented workflows — and build reporting dashboards.
• Diagnose and fix broken automations fast, and translate a business process someone describes into a working GHL build.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years hands-on in GoHighLevel (agency or sub-account level) — you have built complex multi-step workflows, not just used templates.
• Deep working knowledge of GHL: workflows, triggers, custom values/fields, pipelines, funnels, calendars, forms, campaigns.
• Experience with email/SMS deliverability, A2P 10DLC registration, and domain authentication.
• Comfortable with webhooks, APIs, and connectors (Zapier / Make); light scripting a plus.
• Detail-obsessed and methodical; you QA and test before publishing and document what you build.
• Fluent written + spoken English; can turn a vague request into a spec.
• Reliable overlap with US Eastern Time business hours.
