Inside Sales Agent (ISA) — Buyer & Seller Leads

What you'll do

• Speed-to-lead: contact every new inbound lead (Zillow, Realtor.com, IDX, PPC, IG) within 5 minutes when live; long-follow-up for anything after hours.
• Qualify each lead against our BANT-style criteria (timeline, motivation, financing, area) using the SCR script.
• Book qualified buyer and seller consultations directly on the brokers' calendars; confirm the day before.
• Run long-cycle nurture sequences over SMS + email in GoHighLevel for leads that aren't ready yet.
• Log every disposition cleanly in the CRM; keep pipelines and tags accurate so nothing falls out.
• Report weekly on dials, contacts, appointments set, appointments held, and appointments-to-contract conversion.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of phone-based inside sales, ISA, or lead-qualification work — real estate strongly preferred.
• Clear, confident, neutral-accent spoken English; strong phone presence and quick objection handling.
• Comfortable running a dialer + CRM (GoHighLevel a big plus); disciplined about dispositions.
• Coachable, resilient, and target-driven; you own the follow-up game.
• A quiet, distraction-free calling environment with reliable high-speed internet and a good headset.
• Reliable overlap with US Eastern Time business hours.
