Listing Coordinator & MLS Specialist

What you'll do

• Enter every new listing into Canopy MLS Matrix accurately — fields, features, disclosures, showing instructions, agent remarks, media — and QA before it goes live.
• Coordinate the media package: schedule the photographer/videographer, receive and organize photos, floor plans, aerials, and the walkthrough video.
• Write a compelling MLS listing description in the brokerage voice; localize the neighborhood and school talking points.
• Push the listing to the brokerage website, our IDX feed, and the syndication surfaces (Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com); confirm it renders correctly.
• Build the listing's marketing kit: single-property flyer, IG carousel, story frames, just-listed email — all in the SCR brand.
• Track price changes, status changes (active → pending → closed), and open-house updates in MLS and across all surfaces.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in real estate marketing, listing administration, or brokerage operations.
• Working familiarity with an MLS (Canopy or any Matrix/Flexmls system) — you can enter listings without hand-holding.
• Sharp copywriter — you write listing descriptions people actually read.
• Comfortable in Canva or Figma for on-brand collateral; basic Photoshop/Lightroom for photo touch-ups a plus.
• Detail-obsessed; a typo in a listing is a typo in front of every buyer in the market.
• Reliable overlap with US Eastern Time business hours.
